Audacity works good in RHEL 6.5

Step1: Add the yum repository entries in the following file
vim /etc/yum.repos.d/linuxtech.repo

[Linuxtech]
name=LinuxTECH
baseurl=http://pkgrepo.linuxtech.net/el6/release/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://pkgrepo.linuxtech.net/el6/release/RPM-GPG-KEY-LinuxTECH.NET

Step2: yum install audacity

Step3: Press y for confirming the repository

Access menu
Applications -> Sound & Video -> Audacity
